MailKai was founded by a team of email deliverability engineers and B2B marketers who spent years watching great campaigns fail because of infrastructure problems. We decided to build the platform we always wished existed.
Why MailKai Was Built
Email deliverability has always been a technical problem disguised as a marketing problem. Businesses invest heavily in content strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign design only to see their sends silently buried in spam folders. The root cause is almost always infrastructure: shared IPs with bad neighbours, missing authentication records, no bounce management, and zero visibility into inbox placement.
MailKai was founded to close that gap permanently. We built our platform from the infrastructure layer up, with deliverability as a first principle rather than an afterthought. Every product decision we make is measured against one question: does this help our customers’ emails reach the inbox more reliably?
Our Mission
To make reliable email delivery accessible to every business — not just those with enterprise-level infrastructure budgets or in-house deliverability teams.
