Why MailKai Was Built

Email deliverability has always been a technical problem disguised as a marketing problem. Businesses invest heavily in content strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign design only to see their sends silently buried in spam folders. The root cause is almost always infrastructure: shared IPs with bad neighbours, missing authentication records, no bounce management, and zero visibility into inbox placement.
